Building systems for the moment software meets reality.

I build from first principles toward a world of abundance—where full automation expands human possibility without separating capability from responsibility.

ONE LINE OF INQUIRY

I believe full automation can create a world of abundance. The work is to build it from first principles—and make it trustworthy.

From interfaces
to authority.

Virtual reality changed how people entered digital environments. Autonomous systems moved software into physical space. AI increased the scale of interpretation and execution.

I do not begin with inherited assumptions about how an industry works. I reduce the problem to its underlying truths, then build upward. That progression leads to a harder question: when intelligence can generate, decide and act, what remains trustworthy—and who has authority?

01VIRAO / IMMERSIVE SOFTWARE

Reality became an interface.

VIRAO began with software for virtual, augmented and mixed realities—giving teams a way to see, test and understand things before they physically existed.

The headset was temporary. The deeper subject was perception.
  • Immersive enterprise software
  • Human-machine interfaces
  • Spatial decision environments
02CARGODRONE / AUTONOMOUS FLIGHT

Software learned to move matter.

CARGODRONE extended the interface into airspace. Autonomy was no longer an abstract workflow: it had payload, energy, control surfaces, uncertainty and real consequence.

In physical systems, reliability is not a feature. It is permission to act.
  • Autonomous cargo concepts
  • Physical-system constraints
  • Control under uncertainty
03AGI DYNAMICS / ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE

The interface began to reason.

At AGI Dynamics, conversational systems translated human intent into complex enterprise workflows. Machines were moving from explicit instruction toward interpretation, coordination and execution.

Capability was accelerating. The question of legitimate action was following close behind.

  • AI orchestration
  • Intent to execution
04HEIMDALL THINK TANK / FRONTIER SYSTEMS

Intelligence met strategic consequence.

Alongside AGI Dynamics, the Heimdall Think Tank explored cruise-missile development and the architecture of autonomous defence systems. The work later evolved into EISENHERZ.

The closer software moves toward irreversible action, the more important control, provenance and authority become.

054SI / PHYSICAL TRUST

Intelligence needs a root of trust.

4SI is the synthesis: physical trust infrastructure designed to keep identity, authenticity and consequential authority anchored to reality—even when software, media and credentials can be generated or compromised.

Verify reality before granting authority.

  • AI-agent authorization
  • Post-quantum continuity
THE CATEGORY

Physical trust
infrastructure.

Digital security asks whether information has been protected. Physical trust asks whether the person, object or event connected to that information is real, present and authorized.

This is the missing layer between computational intelligence and legitimate action in the world.

FIRST PRINCIPLES

Build from what is true—not from what already exists.

01

Reduce to fundamentals.

Strip away convention, incentives and inherited architecture until the underlying problem becomes visible.

02

Automate toward abundance.

Full automation should make capability, knowledge and essential systems more broadly available—not merely more efficient.

03

Design for consequence.

As capability grows, permissions, provenance and control must become more deliberate.

04

Build the quiet layer.

The most durable infrastructure eventually disappears into everything that depends on it.

POSITIONS
01

Automation should create abundance.

The purpose of intelligent systems is to expand what people can access, create and become.

02

Trust must survive intelligence.

Capability can scale without granting systems unlimited authority.

03

AI agents need verifiable authority.

Capability, identity and permission are separate properties—and must remain so.
